Overview Webuild ( is seeking a highly skilled Site Superintendent to oversee industrial demolition projects from mobilization through project closeout. This role is ideal for a hands‑on construction professional with deep expertise in industrial demolition, including heavy equipment operations, site logistics, and environmental compliance. As the on‑site leader, you will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule, while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities As the Site Superintendent, you will manage all on‑site activities and resources to ensure successful project execution. You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors, supervising work to guarantee safety, productivity, and quality standards. Responsibilities include daily site planning, scheduling, materials and equipment management, and workforce allocation. You will enforce OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and site‑specific safety plans, conducting inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks to maintain a culture of zero‑incident performance. You will track project progress, report updates to project management and clients, and proactively address any challenges that arise on‑site to maintain schedules, budgets, and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee site documentation, including safety reports, daily logs, submittals, RFIs, and punch lists, ensuring all records are accurate and complete. Your leadership will be critical in mentoring field personnel, establishing best practices, and fostering collaboration among multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industrial demolition experience) and 10+ years of on‑site supervision in industrial demolition projects. Candidates must have proven expertise managing crews, heavy equipment, and site logistics for large‑scale industrial demolition, including familiarity with structural dismantling, hazardous material handling, and environmental remediation. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance is essential. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are required to manage multi‑disciplinary teams and navigate complex, high‑risk environments. Candidates should be proficient in construction scheduling, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite, and be capable of making real‑time operational decisions that ensure safety, efficiency, and quality on demanding demolition sites.
