For this senior technical consulting opportunity, we are seeking experts who have experience writing code, possess excellent consulting skills, can consistently delight our customers, and can help us grow a world-class consulting practice.

What you'll be doing
  1. Design, develop, and implement high quality solutions including architectural system design.
  2. Facilitate customer discussions to discover key business and technical requirements, and develop implementation plans based on the identified requirements.
  3. Provide experienced guidance, feedback, and recommendations to customers based on established best practices.
  4. Support the roll-out, adoption, and scaling of provided solutions for customers.
  5. Handle customer engagements as a project manager, responsible for scheduling, coordination, communication, and enhancing the customer relationship.
  6. Advise on internal tools and processes as a senior member of the technical team.
  7. Promote yourself as a subject matter expert and valued member of the community.
  8. Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions.
  9. Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical resource, advising on product solutions.
  10. Mentor the technical consulting team and onboard new team members. Help ensure the entire team uses best practices.
What you'll bring to the table
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines.
  2. At least 3 - 5 years as a technical consultant or systems administrator, combined with a solid background in service design and delivery with some business analysis experience.
  3. A successful history in customer engagement and demonstrated exceptional consulting and influencing skills (including at C-level).
  4. Proven track record in implementing solutions including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, integrations, and training.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to take a holistic view across a range of domains.
  6. Demonstrated expertise in undertaking analysis, evaluation and translation of customer requirements and feeding into solutions.
  7. Excellent communication skills, including workshop facilitation, written and verbal communication.
  8. Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  9. Enjoys mentoring new consultants on technical and soft skills that are part of the consultant's toolkit.
  10. Strong knowledge of software products both in terms of application-side and administration of the various platforms.
  11. Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, Shell Scripting, etc.).
  12. Skilled with Unix / Linux command line.
  13. Experience with SQL.
  14. An understanding of web application architecture.
  15. Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles.
  16. Experienced in UAT testing and test use-case development.
  17. Understanding and experience with integration scenarios with tools like CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins and others.
  18. Hands-on admin-level experience with Atlassian platform products: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Cloud, Crowd, Access, Portfolio, and others is a plus.
