Overview Manager Software, a Chilean ERP company, seeks a DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud platforms, automation, and CI/CD pipelines. The role is based in Santiago and offers flexible remote work options. Responsibilities Automate repetitive operational tasks and streamline deployment processes. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in the Manager Cloud platform, identifying root causes. Diagnose performance bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize system throughput. Manage security and configuration of the overall cloud infrastructure. Improve deployment cycles through CI/CD best practices. Supply and optimize IT infrastructure to support business needs. Document and implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Pulumi. Maintain architecture and process documentation for cloud platforms. Promote DevOps culture and best practices within the platform team. Plan disaster recovery using IaC and ensure high availability. Qualifications 3–4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer. Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong CI/CD skills and automation expertise. Proficiency with Docker and container orchestration. Knowledge of IaC tools such as Pulumi and/or Terraform. Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent. Intermediate/advanced English communication. Residency in Chile required.
