Misión del Cargo Impelar y transmitir los principios de arquitectura e ingeniería (Tech Rules) a los equipos de desarrollo dentro de su portafolio asignado. Funciones del Cargo Arquitectura y guardrails: Diseñar y mantener landing zones seguras con control preventivo (organizational policies, SCPs, Azure Policy, GCP Org Policy) y control detectivo (Defender for Cloud) habilitando blueprints reutilizables. Política como código (PaC): Implementar políticas como código (PoC) integradas en pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins). IaC segura & validaciones: Implementar recetas seguras para desplegué de infraestructura cloud. Automatización y auto-remediación: Construir playbooks y funciones serverless (Azure Functions + Event Grid, GCP Cloud Functions) para corrección automática de findings. Definir y operar Workload Identity Federation (WIF) para eliminar credenciales estáticas en pipelines, contenedores y aplicaciones, adoptándolo a nivel organizacional. Security Assessments: Ejecutar assessments de proyectos e iniciativas (cloud/AI/k8s), emitir plan de remediación y riesgos residuales; validar arquitectura contra estándares (NIST, CIS, OWASP). Elaboración de estándares y líneas base de seguridad del grupo Falabella. Requisitos Profesional Titulado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afines. Disponibilidad a trabajar modalidad híbrida. Desde 4 años de experiencia en posiciones alineadas al perfil. IaC/PaC: Experiencia en Terraform, Bicep y manejo de políticas como código. Cloud: Manejo de Azure/GCP y experiencia en seguridad y cifrado avanzado. CSPM/CWPP: Experiencia en Defender, Tenable y gestión de riesgos en la nube. CI/CD: Manejo de pipelines seguros con GitHub Actions, GitLab CI y Azure DevOps. Dominio del inglés conversacional intermedio avanzado. Kubernetes: Experiencia en RBAC, NetworkPolicies y control de secretos cifrados.
