Senior Frontend Developer

We are seeking two talented Frontend Developers to join our Nisum team in Latam . The ideal candidate will work as part of a client team based in the USA. As a Frontend Developer, you will be in charge of:
- Understanding business requirements and collaborating with product stakeholders to translate them into technical solutions.
- Engaging in design discussions and producing both high-level and low-level designs.
- Developing end-to-end web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Building and packaging applications into Docker images and deploying them to AWS EKS.
- Writing and maintaining unit tests, integration tests, and component tests.
- Creating and maintaining automation tests.
- Solving technical problems using cutting-edge technologies and best practices.
- Proposing and comparing different solutions for technical challenges, explaining trade-offs and recommending optimal approaches.
- Ensuring all aspects of technical design are correctly implemented.
- Providing technical expertise across projects as required.
- Conducting research and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) when needed.
- You MUST reside in Chile or Colombia
- 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Expert-level knowledge in React.js.
- Advanced experience with Node.js and Express.
- Intermediate experience with Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and deploying applications to AWS EKS.
- Strong experience writing unit tests, integration tests, component tests, and automation tests.
- Good understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Exposure to backend technologies such as Java or .NET/C# is a plus.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API development.
- Belong to an international and multicultural company that supports diversity.
- Be part of international projects with a presence in North America, Pakistan, India, and Latam.
