An experienced secretary is required to provide secretarial and administrative support to the Acute Allied Health Professions Physiotherapy Team within the Therapies and Rehabilitation Department at Victoria Hospital. Responsibilities Take minutes of staff meetings, prepare agenda and follow‑up actions. Maintain various management systems and compile associated reports. Order equipment and manage invoicing. Communicate with the acute physiotherapy team and rehabilitation teams. Qualifications and Skills Educated to standard grade with at least 2 years experience in an office environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience using databases. Knowledge of healthcare sector and TrakCare is advantageous. Excellent organisation and communication skills, ability to prioritise workload, work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
