About the Role We are seeking a full‑time Senior Web Designer to craft responsive visuals from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional user experiences across marketing landing pages, advertisements, and branding initiatives. This role requires creative leadership and a partnership mindset with cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities Design marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with brand identity. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and channels. Develop visuals for marketing campaigns including banners and promotional assets. Conduct user research, analyze industry trends, and create innovative marketing assets. Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support intuitive experiences. Plan and run usability testing sessions, iterate designs based on feedback. Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all designs. Document design systems, style guides, and deliverables for seamless implementation. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into refined solutions. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and business goals. Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment (agency, tech, or freelance). Expertise in graphic design – strong understanding of typography, color theory, and Adobe Creative Suite. Advanced UI design skills using Figma and Adobe Suite, with a track record of scalable desktop and mobile solutions. Web design mastery – deep knowledge of UI/UX principles and the ability to build visually compelling, user‑friendly sites. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital work. Proficiency in Figma; experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset.
