About Sustainable Resource Management:

We are a global leader in resource management optimization, specializing in environmental resources: energy, water, waste, and carbon. Our approach involves three levels of client engagement:

  1. acquiring and validating cost and consumption data
  2. providing insights through analytics to identify risks
  3. offering expertise to manage those risks effectively.

What you will do:

  1. Take an active role in the product development lifecycle
  2. Define and implement design research strategy (identifying the challenges, carrying out interviews, analysis of the data collected, restitution of insights, etc.)
  3. Define personae (identification of needs, pain points, opportunities)
  4. Identify and engage business stakeholders: understanding business needs and managing knowledge
  5. Design user journeys in collaboration with product managers & Design Team (userflow, wireframes, models,…)
  6. Generate and test prototypes & User testing (Guerilla, A/B testing,…)
  7. Craft UI elements within the Engie Impact's Design System for development teams (functional specifications, description of component behavior)
  8. UX monitoring (examples: dashboarding topics, report creation, import/export of data, etc.)

  1. Work in a vacuum and not talk to users

About you:

What we are looking for:

  1. 2+ years of relevant experience designing a complex B2B SaaS product in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
  2. Great command of English
  3. Good listening skills (to gather user needs)
  4. Good facilitating skills (for internal workshop alignment)
  5. Technical depth of understanding deep enough to fluently converse with developers
  6. Expertise in design, implementation, & maintenance of enterprise applications is required
  7. Solid crafting skills (for prototyping and testing)
  8. Proactive in problem identification and creative in problem-solving.
  9. Entrepreneurial and Team spirit

Nice to have:

  1. Experience with Outsystems
  2. Demonstrated passion for UX
  3. Experience with B2B products
  4. Experience in finance or energy industry
