CEO - Preuniversitario Gauss (Chile) Full-time · Hybrid (Santiago, Chile) Preu Gauss, Chile’s leading premium pre-university preparation network, is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead the company into its next stage of expansion. With 8 physical campuses and a nationwide online program, Preu Gauss is recognized for its academic excellence, personalized methodology, and fast, high‑quality growth. Responsibilities Lead the overall strategy, growth, and long‑term vision of Preu Gauss. Drive commercial expansion, business development, and strategic partnerships. Oversee operational excellence across all campuses and online programs, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and premium service delivery. Manage and optimize the company’s financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting. Build scalable processes, reporting structures, and management systems across teams. Inspire, mentor, and guide high‑performing teams; set clear KPIs and accountability standards. Translate company goals into actionable annual and quarterly plans aligned with measurable outcomes. Foster a strong culture of discipline, continuous improvement, and customer‑centricity. Ensure alignment and coordination across sales, operations, academic teams, and support areas. Anticipate risks, identify opportunities, and design solutions to address emerging business challenges. Work closely with the founders and Board of Directors to refine strategy and support decision making. Qualifications Senior‑level executive experience in high‑growth service companies (education industry experience is a strong plus). Proven track record in sales leadership, commercial strategy, or business development . Experience overseeing operations and financial management at a company‑wide level. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performance teams . Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; exceptional operational discipline. Excellent project management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Charismatic communicator with the ability to influence and build trust across teams, partners, and stakeholders. Comfortable in fast‑paced, constantly evolving environments; proactive and execution‑oriented. Existing professional network within the education, schools, or academic sector is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred. Minimum 7–10 years of leadership experience. Why Join Preu Gauss?
