¿Qué te espera?

  • Como FP&A Analyst, tendrás un rol clave en la definición de nuestra estrategia financiera y en el apoyo al crecimiento del negocio. Trabajarás directamente con distintas áreas del negocio para entregar insights sobre la gestión, apoyar la planificación de crecimiento de los equipos de forma eficiente y optimizar el desempeño del negocio. Es un cargo clave para impulsar y concretar iniciativas que generen impacto directo en el éxito de la empresa.
  • Asegurar que los costos y gastos estén correctamente clasificados en las cuentas y centros de costos correspondientes en cada cierre de mes.
  • Analizar desviaciones respecto al presupuesto y meses anteriores, explicando variaciones significativas y coordinando con líderes de cada área para identificar razones de desviaciones y tendencias.
  • Seguimiento y análisis del margen bruto total, por país y por producto para identificar insights y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Crear y validar lógicas para la asignación de costos transversales entre los distintos productos de la empresa.
  • Hacer seguimiento y analizar métricas asociadas a distintos equipos de la operación de cada país, identificando causas de diferencias entre geografía.
  • Proporcionar insights que asocien métricas de la operación a las proyecciones de crecimiento de la empresa.

¿Qué Buscamos?

  • Título en Ing. Civil, Ing. Comercial, Ing. Control de Gestión o carrera afín.
  • Experiencia profesional relacionada de 0-2 años.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Deseable experiencia con herramientas de visualización de datos (ej. Power BI, Looker) y SQL.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable).
