Frontrunner Engineer

At Brazoderecho, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Frontrunner Engineer to join our team in Las Condes, Santiago. This is a hybrid position with in-office work required on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and remote work available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are seeking a candidate with at least 4 years of experience, particularly in mining operations related to fleet management applications. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of FrontRunner and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.

• Experience in Mine Operations, related to Fleet Management Applications.
• Technical Knowledge on FrontRunner (Komatsu).

• Desirable Knowledge on .NET, C#, SQL Server.
• Good Knowledge on MS Windows Services, Servers.

• Collaboration and Time Management.
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Good Stakeholder engagement and data analysis skills.
• Previous Mining Industry experience and industry knowledge is desirable.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) skills are a must.
• ITIL Knowledge Desirable.
• Experience with Tools like: ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira.

• Provide Support/Troubleshoots and Resolve standard and non-standard software/application problems.
• Developing and/or Improving features/performance of applications to boost business operations.
• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application.
