Reward Specialist Unilever is looking for a Reward Specialist for the Compensation and Benefits area in our Human Resources team. Propósito de la posición Esta posición tendrá como principal propósito ser el responsable de apoyar el diseño, desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia de Compensaciones y Beneficios (Total Rewards), asegurando que los programas sean competitivos, equitativos y alineados con la cultura y objetivos de la compañía. Responsabilidades clave Participar activamente en la gestión de todos los aspectos del paquete de compensación, aportando conocimiento técnico y buenas prácticas. Colaborar con el equipo de RRHH y el negocio para identificar necesidades y proponer soluciones innovadoras que respondan a los desafíos actuales. Desarrollar, evaluar y mejorar continuamente políticas, procesos, sistemas y herramientas de Compensaciones y Beneficios, asegurando su alineación con la estrategia organizacional y su atractivo para atraer y retener talento. Apoyar en la administración de salarios, incentivos de corto y largo plazo, incentivos de ventas, revisiones salariales anuales, administración de acciones y participación en encuestas de mercado. Trabajar en conjunto con Finanzas para asegurar el costeo y presupuestación correctos de los salarios y beneficios. Trabajar junto a los equipos de PEX y EB poniendo siempre la experiencia del empleado en el centro. Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias e innovaciones en compensaciones, aprovechando el conocimiento de especialistas externos y comunidades. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en materia de compensaciones y beneficios, en colaboración con el área de legales. Comunicar, capacitar e influir dentro de la comunidad de RRHH para asegurar que los programas sean comprendidos y valorados por los empleados. Requisitos para aplicar Experiencia profesional en áreas de RRHH como Compensaciones y Beneficios, Business Partnering u Operaciones. Resiliencia, liderazgo por influencia, trabajo en equipo, curiosidad constante y actitud proactiva para innovar. Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para transformar análisis técnicos en presentaciones claras. Manejo del sistema Workday. Dominio avanzado de Excel (excluyente). Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés (excluyente). Se valorará conocimiento en Power BI u otras herramientas de análisis de datos. Beneficios y cultura Modelo híbrido de trabajo.
