Buscamos Ingeniero/a Civil de Minas con competencias para participar en equipos de trabajo involucrados en el desarrollo de proyectos aplicados a la minería, así como también, ejercer labores de liderazgo en iniciativas de proyectos relacionadas con la disciplina. El candidato debe ser un profesional con sólida experiencia en estudios y diseños de ingeniería de minería subterránea y de superficie, con conocimientos en optimización de recursos, diseño minero, programación de obras mineras, planificación de producción, estimación de flotas, estimación de costos operacionales y de capital, y análisis económico. Debe poseer habilidades para trabajar en equipo, resolución de problemas complejos y comunicación.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Elaborar y/o dirigir estudios de factibilidad técnica y económica en proyectos de alta complejidad.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las metas de los proyectos con todos los estándares de calidad y procedimientos internos relevantes, para las actividades que lo involucren.
  • Elaboración de ingeniería minera conceptual y básica, con estricto apego a las bases del proyecto.
  • Liderar procesos de licitación, planificar y elaborar propuestas, realizar reuniones de aclaración con clientes.
  • Preparación y soporte de documentos de control de proyectos (EWPs, listas de documentos, avances, cronograma, estimación de HH, etc.)
  • Liderar y participar en proyectos relacionados con la disciplina en cualquier lugar en que Hatch se adjudique un trabajo que requiera su apoyo.
  • Soporte técnico de minería a otras disciplinas, desarrollo y revisión de documentos multidisciplinarios de proyecto.
  • Participación en reuniones de coordinación técnica, revisiones de avance, resultados, entre otros.
  • Buscar y cultivar relaciones de confianza internamente y con nuestros clientes.
  • Mostrar y promover activamente comportamientos alineados con el Manifiesto de Hatch y el objetivo de cero daños a las personas y al medio ambiente.
  • Compromiso con la diversidad e inclusión.

Calificaciones y Experiencia

  • Título profesional de Ingeniero Civil de Minas
  • Inglés avanzado/fluido, oral y escrito, mandatorio.
  • Poseer experiencia demostrable (7 + años), en gestión y desarrollo de proyectos/estudios mineros en nivel conceptual (PEA/FEL1), prefactibilidad (FEL2), factibilidad (FEL3) y/o implementación, y/o en empresas de consultoría u operaciones mineras.
  • Deseable, poseer experiencia en operación o planificación minera.
  • Comprensión de la tecnología minera, reglamentos y normas de seguridad
  • Experiencia en relaciones con cliente, con habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita
  • Manejo de softwares mineros de planificación, diseño y/o ventilación
