How Yuno will challenge you Leading discussions with senior leadership about technical and product strategy, incidents, trade‑offs, and risk management Developing close relationships with customers to understand their business and technical needs, helping them achieve maximum value from our products Working with developers and senior engineers to provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance, helping customers plan and build proactive solutions Collaborating with Product and Development teams to customize specific products for customers Monitoring the progress of product integrations and ramp‑ups to ensure success Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical account manager or integration engineering role, preferably in fintech or payments Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and related web services; familiarity with API management tools (Postman, SoapUI, Swagger) Proficiency with web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful API) and at least one server‑side language (Golang, Python, Node.js, or others) Exposure to server and database technologies (Apache, Nginx, IIS, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Fluency in English Preferred Qualifications Experience with a ticketing system Excellent analytical, technical, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities and projects simultaneously What Yuno offers you Competitive compensation Remote work – work from anywhere Home office bonus – one‑time allowance for ideal home office setup Work equipment Stock options Health plan, wherever you are Flexible days off Language, professional, and personal growth courses Additional Information We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
