Job Summary
Professional in Engineering or Administrative careers. With experience in the automotive sector and team leadership, we are looking for someone who is an innovative leader, capable of driving growth and excellence in the automotive sector through their strategic vision, management skills and customer-centric approach.
Main Activities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Strategically lead and coordinate processes to meet business unit objectives in the automotive sector.
- Ensure financial control and optimal allocation of human and technical resources for client success.
- Account Growth and Development:
- Maintain and expand account growth, ensuring optimal levels of satisfaction and loyalty with GP Strategies.
- Design and develop innovative commercial proposals that drive account growth in the automotive sector.
- Development and Training:
- Schedule and ensure high quality technical and commercial training for our clients, guaranteeing its update and excellence in the sector.
- Apply advanced learning and training techniques to maximize team development and process efficiency.

- Demonstrated experience in the automotive industry, understanding its dynamics and challenges.
- Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating with diverse areas to achieve common goals.
- Previous experience leading teams and projects, demonstrating strong management and motivational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of learning and training techniques, adapted to the needs of the automotive sector.
