Job Details Relocation Authorization: None Telework Type: Part‑Time Telework Work Location: Santiago Job Summary In this role, you will provide technical guidance to promote consistency across projects, customers, and business lines. You will provide detailed review and support to capital cost estimates, cash flow, working capital assessments, and the preparation of estimate documentation. Your recommendations ensure accurate cost estimations and will be essential in driving project profitability and success. Major Responsibilities Direct Disciplines & Distribs Conducting capital cost estimates. Reviewing design scope criteria and developing quantities for undefined scope assumptions in coordination with other stakeholders/departments. Participating in establishing pricing structures to be applied to quantities for estimates. Services Conducting detailed pricing for non‑manual labor services using functional staffing and other direct cost (ODC) inputs. Developing pricing/rates to apply to non‑manual staffing in support of project‑specific requirements. Overall Preparing estimate basis and assumption documentation for their area of responsibility in support of overall estimate development. Supporting complex order of magnitude (OOM) estimates. Preparing cost studies, trend estimates, and life‑cycle cost estimates in specialized areas or discipline areas. Identifying risk items and assigning risk levels to portions of the project work and identifying measures to mitigate risk in area of responsibility. Interfacing with designated management personnel on specific sections of estimate presentations. Education and Experience Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree aligned with the estimating discipline (Engineering), and 8‑10 years of relevant experience or 12‑14 years of relevant work experience. Required Knowledge and Skills Previous experience in preparing estimates. Ability to manage deadlines and schedules. Ability to work effectively in a team. Adaptability.
