Job Summary In this role, you will provide technical guidance to promote consistency across projects, customers, and business lines. You will review capital cost estimates, cash flow, working capital assessments, and prepare estimate documentation to ensure accurate cost estimations and drive project profitability. This position is designated as part‑time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in‑person attendance per week. Major Responsibilities Perform quantity takeoffs for a discipline or commodity specialty using defined documents. Conduct capital cost estimates. Review design scope criteria and develop quantities for undefined scope assumptions in coordination with other stakeholders. Participate in establishing pricing structures to be applied to quantities for estimates. Conduct detail pricing for non‑manual labor service using functional staffing and other direct cost inputs. Support the development of project‑specific tools and templates to gather appropriate quantity and labor/ODC information. Prepare estimate basis and assumption documentation for your area of responsibility. Assist with complex order of magnitude estimates. Prepare cost studies, trend estimates, and life cycle cost estimates in area of specialization. Provide support to estimate reviews and presentations. Education and Experience Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree related to the position (Estimating discipline – Engineering) and 5–8 years of relevant experience (or 9–12 years of relevant work experience). Required Knowledge and Skills Previous experience in forming estimates. Ability to manage deadlines and time. Ability to work in a team. Adaptability.
