As a People and Talent Advisor at Techspert in the People Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our globally based employees in fostering a positive, productive work environment. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support on various people-related matters to ensure our team members feel valued and supported.

Salary up to CLP 24,000,000 gross (depending on experience). We are looking for someone at an advanced level in written and spoken English; please apply in English.

Some of the key areas are:

  1. Lead on our recruitment process including screening, collaborating with leaders, and supporting onboarding activities.
  2. Take ownership of People Operations across the entire employee lifecycle, using your expertise to be the go-to person for questions and issues.
  3. Be the People contact for our global team including Chile and the US.
  4. Collaborate with the wider People team to ensure timely execution of our global pay cycles.
  5. Assist in resolving employee relations issues (utilizing your strong Chilean Labour Law knowledge) and conflicts.
  6. Manage our HRIS (we use BambooHR).
  7. Collaborate with the wider people team on topics such as diversity and inclusion, performance management, and employee well-being.
  8. Work closely with the Global People Director and the wider People team to implement initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
  9. Provide advice and assistance to employees on Chilean based HR policies and procedures, whilst maintaining a people-first approach.

About you:

  1. 4+ years of experience in HR or people-related roles.
  2. Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter coupled with strong direct recruitment experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of Chilean labour law.
  4. HRIS experience (don't worry if you don't have BambooHR experience, you'll be trained).
  5. Demonstrable knowledge of Chilean HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  8. Ideally, have had experience in a scaling organization.
