Comfort navigating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure. Solid database skills (SQL and non-relational systems). Great communication skills and the ability to work independently. Collaborative, humble approach: you value the team as much as the tech. Bonus: experience in marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or remote teams.
