Overview Payment Operations Specialist (USA) at TripleTen Indonesia. This role supports seamless administrative and operational processes for students, across payments, documentation, refunds, loans, data analysis, and reporting. You will work with multiple teams to ensure a coordinated and efficient student experience. What you will do The Payment Operations Team ensures smooth administrative and operational support for students throughout their educational journey. This team works across functions including management of student documents, accounting, payment and refund processing, loan approvals, data analysis, and reporting. They play a crucial role in facilitating operations between students, TripleTen teammates, finance and analytics. Manage payments by verifying student details, approving loans, setting up payment schedules, and ensuring accurate accounting with our partners. Enter and validate all student payments in TripleTen’s data warehouse, reconciling payments and monitoring new enrollments to ensure accurate records. Oversee the loan approval process, including monitoring student progress, verifying loan eligibility, and coordinating with other teams to collect the necessary information. Process essential student documents, such as enrollment agreements, transcripts, and suspension/termination notices. Provide internal support for other teams to respond to student-related requests and resolve issues related to payments, payment options, refunds, and student documentation. Address various payment operation cases, including sending payment links, adjusting schedules, facilitating program transfers, and resolving technical issues. Communicate with students about refunds, calculate refund amounts, and ensure refunds are issued promptly and accurately. Monitor recurring payment plans to ensure they remain up to date and take action if students fall behind or stop paying. Requirements Weekend work will be required. Ability to quickly adapt in conditions of partial uncertainty. Strong ability to organize large amounts of information and work independently. Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to set tasks and monitor their implementation. Willingness to perform routine work with mindfulness, accuracy, and meticulousness. Analytical mindset and systemic thinking. Familiarity with Notion, Slack (or similar tools) and comfort with numbers and automation pipelines. Interest in the tech industry and understanding of IT product and online service processes. Hard Skills Work experience in IT (1+ year). Experience in building processes from scratch. Advanced English (written and spoken). Advanced level of Excel. Billing & invoicing systems; HelpDesk; Data Management Tools; Copywriting. Soft Skills Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to speak in detail and ask clear questions; ability to work independently and in a team. Adaptability and openness to new information and uncertainty. Self-organization and time/resource management. Process optimization and ability to create or upgrade systems. Research skills to locate resources and information. Project and career management; ability to coordinate with others across different styles and content. Analytical mindset and systemic thinking; data collection and pattern identification. Mindfulness, accuracy, and meticulousness for routine tasks. What we can offer you Compensation of $1200 + $200 KPI bonus gross per month. Full-time remote collaboration; 5 days a week, weekend coverage, 12-8 pm ET.
