Funciones del Cargo Site Reliability Engineer – Falabella Tecnología Corporativo Ubicación: Santiago, Chile Modalidad: Híbrida (2 días presencial / 3 remoto) Responsabilidades Administrar infraestructura en Google Cloud Platform y sistemas Linux. Monitorear y mantener la disponibilidad de servicios productivos. Participar en turnos on-call (guardias rotativas), respondiendo a incidentes críticos fuera del horario laboral. Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y negocio para resolver problemas técnicos y coordinar mesas de trabajo. Documentar soluciones y contribuir a la mejora continua de procesos operativos. Requisitos Clave Formación en Ingeniería Informática o carrera afín. Experiencia en administración de sistemas Linux y nube (idealmente GCP). Conocimiento en virtualización, infraestructura y herramientas de monitoreo. Inglés intermedio conversacional (interacción con equipos en India). Disponibilidad para realizar turnos on-call (guardias rotativas mensuales). Lo que valoramos Proactividad, empuje y habilidades comunicativas. Capacidad para conectar con equipos técnicos y de negocio. Ganas de aprender y adaptarse a entornos dinámicos. Buen fit con equipos multidisciplinarios.
