Commerce Tech Lead

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled bilingual (english/spanish) Commerce Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of our Digital and E-Commerce platforms across APAC, LATAM region . This role requires deep hands-on technical expertise, architectural leadership, and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly language for stakeholders. Responsibilities Drive the design, development, and delivery of Digital and E-Commerce platforms across APAC and LATAM. Provide architectural leadership and hands-on technical guidance. Translate complex technical solutions into business-friendly language for stakeholders. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering; 3–5+ years in a senior/lead/architect role. Strong hands-on expertise with CommerceTools . Adobe Commerce is a Plus. Deep understanding of headless commerce , MACH architecture , GraphQL , and event-driven systems . Solid experience with Node.js , Java , or TypeScript . Experience designing integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, event brokers (Kafka, SNS/SQS), and webhooks. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization). Preferred Qualifications Experience with frontend frameworks (Next.js, React, Vue) in headless architectures. Experience with PIM/DAM (Salisfy, Contentful, Adobe). Prior involvement in large-scale B2C or B2B commerce replatforming. Familiarity with marketplace or social-commerce ecosystems. MACH Alliance certification or similar credentials.
