The Security team is looking for its next Infosec DvSecOps & Predictive Engineering Specialist to make a difference in their team. We value your story and what makes us unique. Mission Design, implement, and optimize secure software development across the organization, operationalization of the integration of security into CI/CD pipelines and promoting the use of predictive analytics for threat detection and process improvement, ensuring the efficiency and resilience of security operations. Your main responsibilities DevSecOps Practices: Lead the integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring all code deployments meet organizational security standards. Collaborate closely with the Security Architect & Patterns Specialist to embed secure‑by‑design principles throughout the software lifecycle. Participate in joint workshops and feedback sessions with the Security Architect to ensure architecture patterns are effectively operationalized in development and deployment processes. Conduct code reviews, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysis to proactively identify and remediate security issues. Predictive Analytics: Develop and deploy predictive analytics models for threat detection, risk forecasting, and process optimization. Integrate predictive insights into security operations to anticipate and mitigate potential risks before they impact production. Collaborate with technical teams, especially the Security Architect, to ensure analytics are actionable and drive measurable improvements. Continuous Improvement & Technical Excellence: Pursue advanced training and certifications in DevSecOps, security automation, and predictive analytics. Lead quarterly “DevSecOps Excellence” sessions to share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative solutions, often in partnership with the Security Architect. Maintain and update a personal development plan, reporting progress in regular reviews. Demonstrate technical excellence and leadership in all DevSecOps and automation initiatives. What do we expect from you? Extensive experience in DevSecOps and secure development in large organizations. Demonstrated ability to design and implement predictive analytics for security operations.Proven track record of effective collaboration with security architecture teams. Knowledge of secure development frameworks (NIST CSF, OWASP, ISO), automation tools, predictive analytics, vulnerability management, incident response.
