La posición reporta al Gerente de Planificación, Inteligencia de Negocios e Inversiones y será responsable de la ejecución, supervisión y control de informes financieros y proyecciones financieras (forecast y plan), coordinación y control del cierre contable US GAAP, así como también de entregar análisis significativos a la Alta Gerencia para apoyar la toma de decisiones. Este puesto requiere excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, una gran capacidad para aprovechar la tecnología, así como buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación.

Debe ser capaz de brindar atención pronta y oportuna a las solicitudes de las distintas áreas, considerando relaciones internas transversales con todas las áreas de la Compañía; relacionándose tanto con otras áreas de soporte como con el área comercial además de brindar atención a requerimientos regionales periódicos y generales o más específicos en algunos casos.

Funciones Principales

  • Responsable de la coordinación del proceso de planificación financiera, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
  • Monitoreo de las variaciones significativas que presente el estado de resultados para casa matriz (LOBA) del mes, comparando estas cifras con las del año anterior (prior), con lo planeado (Plan) y con los presupuestado (Forecast).
  • Responsable de la revisión del reporte diario de producción, teniendo como objetivo dar garantía de que las cifras que muestra el reporte se encuentran conciliadas con los reportes regionales.
  • Automatización de reportes que permitan facilitar la construcción de información para la toma de decisiones.
  • Cumplimiento en tiempo y forma todos los requerimientos de FP&A Regional.
  • Responsable del monitoreo de gastos y provisiones con sus variaciones respecto de forecast y plan.
  • Responsable de presentar informes financieros a la Alta Administración y Directorio.
  • Implementar procesos y herramientas financieras que mejoren la eficiencia y precisión del análisis.
  • Comunicar errores y/0 diferencias, encontrados oportunamente, a los encargados de los sistemas responsables para la corrección de estos antes del cierre de mes.
  • Responsable de supervisar y autorizar registro contable del cierre US GAAP - Home Office de conceptos tales como UCE reclass para masivos (A&H), ATM, Profit Share de P&C, UPR Histórica Vida, entre otros.
Qualifications
  • Preferible Contador Auditor u otro afín (Ingeniero Comercial, Actuario, Técnico, Ingeniería en Administración).
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en áreas de planificación financiera, preferentemente en Compañías de seguros.
  • Experiencia en medición de Estados de Resultados.
  • Experiencia en procesos de Planeamiento.
  • Conocimientos demostrables en el manejo de bases de datos.
  • Dominio avanzado de SQL (deseable).
  • Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Excel y Access incluyendo de desarrollo de programación de macros.
  • Habilidades interpersonales para relacionarse con todos los niveles de la organización.
  • Inglés intermedio (excluyente)
  • Habilidades de comunicación.
  • Excelente actitud de servicio.
  • Proactividad.
  • Capacidad asesoría a clientes internos.
  • Capacidad de análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos para la toma de decisiones.
