Key Responsibilities Build and maintain partner-facing and internal apps using React (SPA/SSR), TypeScript, and a monorepo managed with Nx. Design scalable Node.js services and APIs (REST/GraphQL), integrating with data platforms and third-party systems. Ship on Azure (e.g., App Service/Functions, Container Apps/AKS, Storage, SQL/Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Service Bus/Event Grid); automate with CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code. Use Python for data processing, analytics jobs, and ML/AI integration where helpful. Incorporate AI responsibly (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, classification, copilots) to improve productivity and outcomes for public-sector users. Champion security, privacy, accessibility, observability, and test automation. Collaborate with consultants and measurement & evaluation specialists to translate theories of change and delivery routines into product features and dashboards. Required Skills/Experiences 3+ years building production web applications with Node.js and TypeScript . Strong React fundamentals (state management, hooks, performance) and experience with Nx monorepos. Experience deploying to Azure and operating cloud services (monitoring, scaling, security). Proficiency with Python for data/automation tasks. Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools or frameworks in real products. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English. Authorization + location requirements: Must be based in and have work authorization in Peru or Brazil.
