About The Role TalentPop is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the growth of our global teams by providing clear, actionable financial insights. Responsibilities Support workforce planning by maintaining headcount forecasts and utilization models. Conduct demand forecasting tied to client hiring needs and recruitment activity. Track expenses across departments and deliver monthly variance analyses. Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and financial model updates. Produce regular financial reports and summaries for leadership review.
