We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Technical Depot MnR & Reefer Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PIL Regional Office in Santiago, Chile. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and execution of depot activities across the Latin America Region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set MNR plan & repair policy by country based on equipment needs, vendor capabilities; in alignment with HQ.
2. Monitor MNR performance by supplier, equipment type and activity; and take actions to manage expense.
3. Depot assessment and audit, i.e. safety, compliance and cost control.
4. Manage cold chain process & special cargo process (incl. container preparation) in conjunction with HQ + support customers.
5. Participate in the procurement of services based on agreed model with HQ.

MUST HAVE:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Experience in Depot Management, maintenance and repair of containers.
3. Working knowledge of refrigerated cargo requirements across Latam Market (CA, CT, others).
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
6. Working knowledge of English Language.
