Job Responsibilities Serve as statistical department resource and mentor biostatisticians on job skills. Provide independent review and oversight of statistical work, ensuring high‑quality results. Lead and support biostatistics activities across the project lifecycle, from protocol development to clinical study reports. Develop and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and programming specifications for analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures. Collaborate with sponsors and cross‑functional teams on design, randomization schedules, and data safety monitoring board activities as needed. Manage project timelines, monitor milestones, and communicate progress to biostatistics management. Represent the biostatistics function on project teams, participating in reviews, quality control, and investigational product meetings. Support business development activities, including proposals and sponsor bid defenses. Maintain complete, inspection‑ready documentation and adhere to SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Qualifications Previous clinical trial lead experience within neurology in the industry is required. Proficient in SAS programming and statistical analysis for clinical trials. Experience with development of SAPs and randomization schedules. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. Ability to work across sites and time zones in Europe and LATAM.
