Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. Minimum Education: 2-year degree in dietetics or related field of study. May substitute 2 years of experience for 1 year of education. Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in dietetics or related field of study. Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience in food service environment. 5 years supervisory experience. Required Certifications/Licensure: Certified Food Manager by the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District or ANSI Accredited Food Manager Certificate Preferred Certifications/Licensure: Registration or registration eligible with the Commission of Dietetic Registration of the ADA as a Dietetic Technician, Registered/Registered Dietitian. Certified Dietary Manager.
