What you will do:

  • This role will act as first point of contact for mining Bodies and buckets (B&B) in the region, addressing coverage issues and resolving complaints in close collaboration with B&B engineering, Quality and value chain team.
  • Answer inbound customer service inquiries, providing health analysis or troubleshooting and redirecting them when appropriate.
  • Identify issues and determine appropriate course of action for effective resolution.
  • Process results from analysis of technical data.
  • Understand product or component health or status, if action is needed, and required next steps.
  • Support quality initiatives at regional B&B suppliers.
  • Monitor and manage all aspects of aftermarket key initiatives to ensure departmental goals are met.
  • Develop new markets, new channels, and new lines of business in consultation with the team.
  • Monitor market share, revenue, cost, and inventory, communicating factors which will positively impact profitability.
  • Provide feedback on aftermarket new product introduction strategy and deliverables.

  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches and tools for recognizing and resolving organizational problems.
  • Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.

Basic Requirements:

  • English pre-advanced.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar.

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Experience in light to heavy fabrications.
  • Experience in the industry.
  • Experience in Product Support.
