UX Accessibility Expert

As a UX Accessibility Expert, you will play a key role in ensuring digital products are inclusivelcd, usable, and accessible for all users. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to embed accessibility best practices across Lighthaw system and product workflows. This role focuses on conducting accessibility audits, defining standards, and training teams to elevate usability and inclusivity. Your work will directly impact millions of users, improving experiences and fostering trust in digital interactions.
