What you'll be doing
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES
- Responsable de la satisfacción del cliente asegurándose de que los servicios se presten de acuerdo con las definiciones de servicio acordadas, los acuerdos de nivel de servicio y otros contratos.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Gestión de prestación de servicios y Gestión de proveedores.
- Desarrollar y administrar un presupuesto operativo anual y trabajar con el equipo comercial, asegurarse de que se realice la facturación mensual y de transferencia.
- Revisar todas las propuestas entregadas al cliente y asegurarse de que los objetivos de crecimiento dentro de la cuenta estén en línea con los objetivos de crecimiento.
- Contribuir a los procesos de preventa.
- Negociar y resolver problemas contractuales, incluido el incumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales.
- Llevar el control de las métricas operacionales y presentarlas al cliente.
REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES
- Estudios de Ingeniería en Informática, Comercial, Industrial, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o afínes.
- Experiencia +5 años en roles similares.
- Experiencia en coordinación de operaciones, con contratos y SLAs de servicios.
- Manejo de herramientas de ofimática y presentaciones.
REQUISITOS DESEABLES
- Certificación ITIL.
