Senior Analyst, MIS

The Senior Analyst ensures that the financial management processes of the countries that make up International Banking are consistent and standardized across IB. They will contribute to the construction of the guidelines and support countries in best practices to implement necessary improvements in their management models (MIS). The Senior Analyst also ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with internal rules, policies and procedures. Is this role right for you? Promote a customer‑centric culture to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems and expertise. Implement and maintain automated processes, both calculation and reporting. Develop and maintain the result calculation engines. Review the quality of the databases used for management information and reporting. Provide support for automated processes and propose process improvements. Assist with report creation and presentations. Maintain baselines, dashboards, reports and processes of the area. Analyze and model data associated with its management. Define, develop, maintain and control policies associated with the business management information modeling strategy. Understand the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions. Conduct effective and efficient operations in the area, ensuring adequacy, compliance and effectiveness of day‑to‑day business controls to comply with obligations aimed at reducing operational risk, regulatory non‑compliance risk, money‑laundering and terrorist‑financing risk, and conduct risk. Promote a high‑performance environment and implement a workforce strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates the team, fostering an inclusive work environment and managing a succession and development plan. Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering, computer science, or a related field. 3‑5 years experience in dashboard programming, SQL and process automation. Bilingual in English and Spanish – an asset. Advanced knowledge of database architecture. Knowledge of data modeling and SQL Server platforms 2014 onwards. Certifications or desirable training in mentioned technologies or project management. What’s in it for you?
