Collaborating across multi‑functional teams, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable and robust technical solutions across diverse platforms, including Salesforce and advanced backend systems. Your expertise, often integrating cutting‑edge AI/ML capabilities, will streamline critical business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and unlock new data‑driven insights, directly contributing to Cisco’s strategic goals and global impact. Minimum Qualifications Education and Core Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in software design, development, and delivery for web or cloud-based enterprise applications. Technical Expertise could be on any of these: Front‑End: Advanced skills in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI/UX design. Back‑End: Expertise in server‑side languages (Java, Python, Node.js, or C#), API development (REST/GraphQL), database design (SQL/NoSQL), and scalable microservices architecture. Integration & Cloud Proficiency: Proven experience integrating with third‑party systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event‑driven architectures. DevOps & Engineering Excellence: Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, Git‑based version control, automated testing, code reviews, and modern SDLC practices. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and monitoring tools is a plus. Agile Mindset & Communication: Experience working in Agile teams, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent English communication skills to collaborate effectively in global teams. Preferred Qualifications Proven leadership in technical design, code quality, and architectural decisions on cross‑functional projects. Experience mentoring and developing junior engineers is highly valued. Passion for ongoing professional development through certifications, experimentation, or community engagement. Eagerness to explore and apply new technologies. MuleSoft: Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using MuleSoft tools (API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager, Flex Gateway) and proficiency in DataWeave for data transformation, REST/SOAP Webservices. Salesforce & Cloud Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator certifications, MuleSoft Developer/Architect, or equivalent cloud credentials (AWS, Azure, GCP). Demonstrated interest in expanding Salesforce or cloud expertise. Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, propose enhancements, and leverage analytics or AI to improve system efficiency and data reliability. Emerging Tech Skills: Interest in AI/ML, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, or low‑code/no‑code platforms. Collaboration, Communication & Documentation: Excellent collaboration skills for working across technical and business teams, with strong communication and documentation habits to ensure clarity and effective knowledge sharing in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
