This role can be done in a remote working model. Your role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director, Clinical Trial Lead to join our Global Development Operations team. This role is pivotal in leading high-impact, global Phase III and registrational clinical trials. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing complex, high-risk global clinical trials, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will serve as the primary operational contact, representing the Global Development Operations (GDO) team in global trial teams and providing essential operational input on protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and clinical study reports (CSRs). A key part of your responsibilities will involve overseeing contract research organizations (CROs) and other vendors, ensuring their work is compliant with corporate standards. Additionally, you will lead training initiatives, contribute to department-wide process improvements, and ensure all trials are inspection-ready. You will also manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and play a significant role in mentoring junior staff to foster talent development. Who you are Advanced degree preferred (MPH, MS, MA, MBA, PharmD); PM certification (CPM, PMP) desirable. Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience, with at least 7 years in clinical trial management. Proven leadership in managing global trials and cross-functional teams. Strong project management, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities. Experience in therapeutic areas and drug development processes.
