You’ll transform customer data into personalized communication that drives retention and revenue. Core Outcomes Design and manage automated email flows across the customer lifecycle (welcome, cart abandon, win-back). Execute weekly campaigns with pixel-perfect QA and on-time launches. Segment and maintain subscriber lists to maximize deliverability and engagement. Analyze performance data to optimize content, timing, and audience strategy. Partner with design and marketing teams to align creative and conversion goals. Requirements 3+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing within e-commerce.
