Accounting Supervisor

Ubicación Curicó, Región del Maule (Casa Matriz) y Chimbarongo, Región de O’Higgins (Operaciones Agrícolas), Chile Modalidad de trabajo Presencial. Se requiere disponibilidad para desplazarse regularmente entre la casa matriz en Curicó y las operaciones agrícolas en Chimbarongo. Responsabilidad Asumir la responsabilidad integral de las operaciones contables diarias de las tres empresas del Grupo en Chile, asegurando precisión, oportunidad y cumplimiento de las normas contables chilenas y de las políticas internas. Gestionar los procesos de cierre mensual, trimestral y anual, y preparar los estados financieros legales y los informes de gestión internos. Gestionar todas las obligaciones y declaraciones tributarias en Chile, incluyendo F29, F22, IVA y PPM, asegurando el pleno cumplimiento ante el Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII). Realizar conciliaciones periódicas de cuentas bancarias, cuentas por cobrar y por pagar, gastos, facturas y contratos, garantizando la coherencia entre la contabilidad y las operaciones reales del negocio. Revisar los procesos diarios de pago, apoyar el control de flujos de caja y proporcionar información financiera básica para apoyar las operaciones. Brindar soporte contable y financiero a las operaciones agrícolas, incluyendo el control de costos agrícolas y la organización de la documentación financiera relacionada, con presencia periódica en los predios de Chimbarongo. Apoyar los procesos financieros y administrativos vinculados a exportaciones y logística, incluyendo la revisión y conciliación de facturas de exportación, fletes y seguros. Apoyar los procesos de remuneraciones y cotizaciones previsionales, incluyendo declaraciones en Previred, manteniendo registros financieros y de cumplimiento actualizados. Reportar periódicamente al CFO ubicado en China y apoyar auditorías externas, fiscalizaciones tributarias y revisiones internas según sea requerido. El cargo está enfocado en funciones contables, tributarias y de cumplimiento financiero, y no participa en negociaciones comerciales ni en la toma de decisiones empresariales. Location Curicó, Maule Region & Chimbarongo, O’Higgins Region, Chile Work Arrangement On‑site. Ability to commute regularly between the head office in Curicó and the farm operations in Chimbarongo is required. Responsibility Take full responsibility for the daily accounting operations of the Group’s three Chilean entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Chilean accounting standards and internal policies. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, and prepare statutory financial statements and internal management reports. Handle all tax filings and compliance matters in Chile, including F29, F22, IVA, and PPM, ensuring full compliance with the Chilean tax authority (SII). Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts receivable and payable, expenses, invoices, and contracts, ensuring consistency between accounting records and actual business operations. Review daily payment processes, support cash flow monitoring, and provide basic financial analysis to support operational needs. Provide accounting and finance support to agricultural operations, including farm cost tracking and organization of related financial documentation, with regular presence at farm sites in Chimbarongo. Support export and logistics‑related financial and administrative matters, including the review and reconciliation of export invoices, freight, and insurance costs. Support payroll and social security processes, including Previred filings, and maintain accurate payroll‑related financial and compliance records. Report regularly to the CFO based in China and support external audits, tax inspections, and internal reviews as required.
