About the role:

We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist with expertise in lead generation, automation, and conversion optimization to drive our email strategy. This role offers a clear path to leadership , with the opportunity to grow into the Email Marketing Manager position and build a team as we expand.

Who you are / What you bring:

As the Email Marketing Specialist , you will work closely with the B2B Marketing Director and B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute high-impact email campaigns that drive leads, conversions, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to attract, qualify, and nurture high-value leads.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the B2B Marketing Director and Manager to plan and implement promotional blasts, automated sequences, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Email Automation & Segmentation: Design and optimize workflows to enhance engagement, drive upsells, and improve customer lifecycle management.
  • Performance Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to maximize key metrics (open rates, click-throughs, and conversions).
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, generate insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities adhere to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and industry best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, and product teams to ensure messaging alignment and campaign success.

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in email marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign .
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, automation, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
