Como Project Manager deberás ser un profesional que tiene el conocimiento y las habilidades para trabajar de manera práctica y lograr administrar el proceso creativo, tecnológico y estratégico desde la ideación hasta la ejecución de proyectos web y de ecommerce: administrar el alcance, el presupuesto, los recursos y el tiempo, tanto dentro del equipo como de forma transversal en toda la agencia.

Responsabilidades:
  • Proporcionar planificación estratégica de proyectos en la fase de propuesta con el cliente.
  • Asegurar de que se tengan en cuenta las asignaciones de recursos creativos necesarios en función de la prioridad del proyecto/tarea y la capacidad del equipo.
  • Gestionar los proyectos con una mirada de largo plazo y anticipación, visualizando tareas que vengan por delante y que no sean interdependientes de otra, gestionando con el equipo su ejecución para así evitar retrasos en los proyectos.
  • Administrar proyectos desde la fase de lanzamiento hasta la entrega; esto incluye planificar, organizar y dirigir todas las llamadas de los clientes, crear y administrar todos los cronogramas y presupuestos de producción, así como garantizar que se cumplan el alcance del proyecto y las necesidades del cliente.
  • Revisar y validar las entregas del equipo previo a presentar dichos avances a los clientes, garantizando que se cumplen los estándares técnicos, de calidad y diseño.
  • Comunicarse directamente con clientes y proveedores sobre presupuestos, cronogramas, procesos y entregables.
  • Distribuir la carga de trabajo asociada a los proyectos de forma equitativa mientras se maximiza la eficiencia del equipo de trabajo, haciendo los proyectos más rentables.
  • Alinear periódicamente al equipo de trabajo para que se mantengan informados acerca de sus tareas conforme a la planificación general de proyectos y las directrices de la empresa.
  • Preparar y realizar reuniones de kickoff de proyectos, ofreciendo a los clientes una bienvenida cálida donde se transmita toda la información importante para la ejecución de los proyectos.
  • Comprender las limitaciones técnicas y creativas de un proyecto, haciendo compromisos estratégicos con las partes interesadas del cliente cuando sea necesario. Asegurarse de que los conceptos estructurales y de diseño sean posibles en la realidad, a través de múltiples dispositivos.
  • Trabajar con el responsable de UX y Web para diseñar estrategias e implementar flujos de trabajo y procesos nuevos o en evolución para abordar los desafíos únicos de cada proyecto y cliente.
  • Experiencia en proyectos ejecutados mediante plataformas como Figma, Adobe XD, Wordpress, Magento, VTEX y/o Shopify.
  • Experiencia usando plataformas de project management como ClickUp, Wrike, Monday, Asana, Trello, etc.

Educación técnica o universitaria excluyente de alguna de las siguientes carreras o carrera afín:

  • Ingeniería en Administración de Empresas
  • Ingeniería en Marketing
  • Ingeniería en Diseño
  • Desarrollo web frontend
  • Programación backend
