Objetivo del rol:

Liderar la evaluación de riesgos financieros y contables, definición de estrategias financieras para contribuir a la rentabilidad.

Algunas de las funciones del rol:

  1. Garantizar una excelente experiencia al cliente - Customer First.
  2. Evaluar, valorar y priorizar riesgos y oportunidades, para asegurar eficiencia operativa y continuidad de los negocios.
  3. Definir e implementar estrategias financieras y contables, para contribuir con la rentabilidad de la empresa.
  4. Diseñar e implementar sistemática para el control y seguimiento de proyectos a fin de contribuir con la rentabilidad acordada y cumplimiento de normas.
  5. Verificar el cumplimiento de las normas contables y financieras, en base a estándares internacionales, a fin de brindar información oportuna y veraz para toma de decisiones.
  6. Evaluar y administrar el desempeño de los costos financieros, a fin de contribuir con la rentabilidad esperada.
  7. Monitorear, analizar y hacer seguimiento a comportamiento de los indicadores financieros, a fin de tomar medidas de ajuste y mejora continua de los mismos.
  8. Revisión y análisis financiero, contable y contractual de las ofertas para clientes.
  9. Verificar y hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de condiciones contractuales y legales, para contribuir con los resultados de los negocios y cumplimiento de normas.
  10. Evaluar y analizar contexto interno y externo (FODA) para asegurar alineación de planes y medidas para cumplimiento de objetivos organizacionales.
  11. Supervisar la ejecución de los procesos contables y financieros.
  12. Garantizar la transparencia y calidad de la información financiera generada de los movimientos contables de la organización.
  13. Responsable de analizar y reportar los cierres mensuales.

Requisitos:

Profesional en Finanzas, Ingeniería comercial o afines.

Experiencia laboral: Mínimo de 4 años en roles similares; siendo Partner financiero para el negocio: seguimiento de los targets, alinear estrategias financieras, manejo de P&L, presupuestos, presentaciones de resultados ante directivos.

Conocimiento de las normas internacionales y en metodologías de transformación digital.

Manejo de herramientas como: SAP, Tableau. Deseable: Tagetik.

Inglés: Avanzado.
