Performance Marketing Specialist

Buscamos a alguien con experiencia en gestión, optimización y análisis de campañas digitales, con dominio en Google Ads y Meta Ads. Responsabilidades del cargo Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads y otras plataformas de performance. Interpretar métricas y elaborar reportes de rendimiento y rentabilidad (ROAS, CPL, CAC, etc.). Coordinar con el equipo creativo y comercial para alinear mensajes, audiencias y objetivos. Realizar A/B tests, analizar resultados y proponer mejoras continuas. Monitorear conversiones en CRM y dashboards para asegurar trazabilidad de leads y ventas. Participar en reuniones de performance para presentar resultados y estrategias de escalamiento. Requisitos Certificación vigente de Google Ads (Ideal, no excluyente) Experiencia comprobable en campañas de performance (mínimo 1 año). Conocimientos en Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc. (Google experiencia excluyente) Manejo de CRM (ideal: HubSpot, GoHighLevel o similar). Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y orientación a resultados. Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo. Deseable formación en Marketing Digital, Ingeniería Comercial, o carrera afín.
