Direct message the job poster from Cloudgaia Purpose of position We are looking for a Salesforce Senior Account Executive to drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of mid‑market to enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will lead complex, high‑value sales cycles through a consultative approach, building long‑term relationships with customers and aligning Salesforce solutions with their business challenges. This role requires strong sales execution skills, strategic account management, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and enterprise customers. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably SaaS, focused on mid‑market or enterprise accounts. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Experience selling CRM, cloud, or enterprise software solutions. Strong consultative and value‑based selling skills. Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles. Experience building trusted relationships with C‑level executives and senior stakeholders. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience working with cross‑functional and international teams. Advanced English level (required). Key Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing. Develop and execute account strategies to grow existing customers and acquire new ones. Identify customer pain points and align them with appropriate Salesforce cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Platform). Collaborate closely with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partners. Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce CRM. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close profitable deals. Stay current on Salesforce product updates, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Represent the company in customer meetings, events, and industry conferences. Nice to have Previous experience selling Salesforce solutions or working within the Salesforce ecosystem. Experience working with partners, system integrators, or consulting firms. Knowledge of specific industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare, or Technology. Salesforce Sales certifications (not mandatory).
