YOUR ROLE
You will contribute to the continued growth of paid media campaigns for multiple brands within Launch Potato's portfolio of companies with a key focus on Native platforms. Your expertise in pairing creative media with ROAS KPIs and direct-to-consumer (DTC) data analysis will positively influence more than 10 million new customers to unlock their financial potential. This position has tremendous learning potential with the opportunity for you to own campaigns, channels, and/or verticals as the team continues to scale
This role supports the User Acquisition team with processes, reporting, and general operation tasks as delegated. Ideally, this person will be the strategic owner of our Native advertising efforts. The person in this position will become very familiar with platforms, processes, and reporting. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail. They're not afraid to think outside the box and have a hunger for testing.
SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Contribute to the evolution of Launch Potato's media buying best practices
- Tactically plan, create, and launch new campaigns across platforms and verticals using various ad formats
- Design compelling ad creatives to target specific audiences
- Analyze paid media campaigns to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams on optimization, A/B testing, and overall strategy
- Strategize, execute, and scale our Native advertising efforts
- Create a Native paid media playbook and teach other channel media buyers about your channel
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- 4 years of hands-on experience setting up and optimizing digital media campaigns, with a specialization in paid Native (Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent are the priority)
- You have a deep understanding of direct-response marketing principles and know how to create ads to drive engagement
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.) and data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and the ability to analyze large sets of data
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to develop cross-department relationships and keep stakeholders informed of campaign performance
