Associate, Investment Strategy
Participar integralmente en la generación de visión de mercados e inversiones tácticas para la gestión de portafolios y la estrategia de asset allocation de la compañía. Este rol es clave en la generación de alfa de los fondos.
Funciones:
- Análisis y generación de visión de inversiones:
- Coordinarse con analistas para construir la visión de inversiones, con foco en mercados y activos clave.
- Desarrollar y actualizar modelos cuantitativos para respaldar la estrategia de inversión.
- Mantener relaciones con equipos de estrategia de gestores externos y análisis macroeconómico independiente.
- Liderazgo en comités y toma de decisiones:
- Definir y comunicar los vectores de asset allocation global y global + local en distintos comités de inversiones.
- Relación con Wealth Management y comunicación estratégica:
- Asegurar que los entregables estén alineados con las necesidades del negocio de Wealth Management y lleguen adecuadamente a los clientes.
- Traducir la estrategia de asset allocation en insumos concretos y desarrollar la narrativa asociada.
- Comunicar cambios de posicionamiento con su respectivo racional macroeconómico y de mercados.
- Gestión de portafolios modelo y vocería:
- Construir portafolios modelo de recomendación adaptados a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Participar en espacios de vocería con clientes y medios especializados, representando a SURA Investments.
- Elaborar contenido escrito y audiovisual para comunicar la visión de inversiones de la compañía.
- Selección de fondos y due diligence:
- Analizar y realizar la debida diligencia de fondos de activos locales (principalmente en Chile).
- Selección de fondos y due diligence:
- Gestión de portafolios modelo y vocería:
- Relación con Wealth Management y comunicación estratégica:
- Definir y comunicar los vectores de asset allocation global y global + local en distintos comités de inversiones.
- Liderazgo en comités y toma de decisiones:
Requisitos:
- Estudios universitarios: Ingenierías, Administración, economía, finanzas o áreas afines.
- Área de experiencia: Investment Research, Administración de Portafolios, Análisis de Inversiones, Finanzas, Finanzas Cuantitativas, Renta Fija y Renta Variable Global.
- Conocimientos básicos del cargo: Inglés, Modelación financiera.
- Años de experiencia: 4 a 6 años.
