The role offers an exciting opportunity for a financially savvy and operations-oriented individual to help drive and lead RTN’s Business Performance framework. As a Business Performance Manager, you will be part of the global Business Development and Technology team, working closely with the broader RTN leadership during this strategic transformation. Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will be the key connection point between RTN Leadership, regional operations, general consulting, and internal Beratung business functions (finance, technology services). You will play a crucial role in developing and expanding RTN globally to ensure its financial and budgeting frameworks are prepared for transformation. You will manage relationships with internal Bain Finance and talent partners, as well as external finance teams, coordinating globally to ensure a successful rollout.
