Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics. Excellent communication and reporting skills in both Spanish and English . Leadership and personnel management capabilities. Availability to work on-site in photovoltaic parks (Calama / María Elena). Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changes in project plans.
