Project Control Manager Ausenco is a fast‑growing company redefining what's possible in the world's most complex projects. The Project Control Manager leads the project control team and coordinates overall project control activities for Solar Projects in Santiago, Chile.

Duties

and Responsibilities Prepare and collaborate on the overall Project Execution Plan. Create and maintain project control procedures, guidelines and standards. Coordinate the finalization and implementation of the project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Lead the use of project control engineering tools such as Primavera P6, Project Objects, SAP, Milemate, Primavera Schedule Risk Analysis, Acumen Fuse, TPMS, etc.

Support the preparation of the hand‑over package and coordinate the hand‑over meeting. Prepare and fill the Project Control Checklist for distribution to the Project Team. Develop the Top‑Down Schedule and project schedules at different levels of detail. Lead and periodically organize Project Planning and Progress workshops.

Person Specification Knowledge & Qualifications : University Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.

Experience

Significant experience in construction of solar plants; Minimum 5 years as Project Control Manager for comparable projects.

Skills

and Abilities : English comprehension; Excellent analytical skills; Advanced Primavera software; Excellent communication, team‑oriented and interpersonal skills; Attention to detail; Self‑motivation and direction with a strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
