Product and process development of heterogeneous catalyst, home catalyst, salts, and solutions of PM
Ability to upgrade the existing product range and offer cost-effective solutions
Knowledge of precious metal chemistry
Exposure to chemistry of industry verticals and regulatory affairs/audits
Ability to interact with customers and resolve product issues by providing corrective measures
Informed about current developments in the field
Refining of Precious Group Metals
Experience in analytical lab
Research catalyst experience

Qualification/Educational Background

Ph.D. in chemistry with excellent scientific understanding.

Experience

Overall industry experience of around 18-20 years in R&D of precious metal company/allied industries.
