Brand Planner Senior – VML Responsabilidad Principal Desarrollar estrategias de marca sólidas y efectivas que conecten con las audiencias y potencien el impacto creativo y comercial de nuestros clientes. Tareas Clave Liderar el desarrollo de estrategias integrales basadas en insights de mercado y consumidores. Colaborar con equipos creativos y de cuentas para alinear la estrategia con la ejecución. Analizar tendencias, datos y estudios para generar propuestas innovadoras. Presentar y defender planes estratégicos ante clientes y equipos internos. Perfil Buscado Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en planificación estratégica en agencias de publicidad o marketing. Sólida capacidad de investigación y análisis. Pensamiento creativo y storytelling. Excelente comunicación y habilidades para trabajar en equipo. Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
