Responsibilities This is a modeling heavy role: Create reproducible machine learning models that will be put into Production Model customer behavior around retention and purchase frequency Model promotional Uplift Develop and improve next-best-offer recommendations A/B testing Requirements 3 years of experience in Data Science models including Regression, Classification, Boosting, and Tree-based models Advanced knowledge of Python’s Pandas package Advanced knowledge of Python’s scikit-learn package Basic working knowledge of SQL Bachelor’s degree The Senior Customer Lifecycle Analyst will report to the Executive Vice-President Analytics and work in close collaboration with the Customer Marketing Director. They will join an existing Analytics department with a proven history of driving value across the organization. The Customer Lifecycle Analyst will also partner with various marketing stakeholders on a daily basis as part of their responsibilities.
